In a multi-iPod/iPhone household like mine, this device looks like it could be a godsend for tidying up the rats’ nest of cables on our kitchen countertop. Here’s a single charging dock that can recharge up to four iPods or iPhones simultaneously. The new Griffin PowerDock will come in both a two-dock ($50) and a four-dock ($70) model, and they should support all iPods with a 30-pin dock connector. Expect the quad version to ship this April, and the dual to hit in June. If you’re looking for a multiple dock with a stereo built in, be sure to check out the forthcoming JVC NX-PN7 dual dock sound system. For well over three years now, we have known about a version of Gran Turismo that has supposedly been in production for Sony’s PSP handheld. The details of the game, known as Gran Turismo 4 Mobile, have been few and far between from developer Polyphony Digital, but now it looks like the game may have actually been canceled.
IGN was contacted by a staff member from games retailer GameStop informing the site that all preorders of the game had been canceled. The reason given was because the game had been canceled by the vendor.
Sony has yet to confirm or deny this news, but it seems likely now that the game will never see the light of day.

![Do You Really Think the Macworld Keynote’s Leaked on Wikipedia? [Announcements]](http://gadgetsdevice.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/1487.jpg)
Seriously? We weren’t going to post anything on this, but lots of sites seem to be picking it up. Do you really think that Steve Jobs would let his keynote be leaked, and on Wikipedia of all places? The keynote that many of his own people don’t even know about? We’ve even heard about employees who worked on the products being announced at Macworlds being surprised that Steve Jobs pulls it out during showtime. But if you really want to read the list of “what’s going to be announced”, hit the jump. MacWorld January 2008 Keynote Rough Outline; draft 5 Greetings! LG has announced the new iteration of its Prada phone (the Prada 2?) The handset will be available all over Europe later this month (in 18 countries, including France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK), and distinguishes itself from the boring black version by being silver. The only other difference claimed in the press release is a full QWERTY keyboard (on screen, not physical). We guess that if you’re buying a phone for the designer name alone, though, features don’t count for much: It’s all about the bling. (Read the full post about ‘LG Prada: Silver is The New Black’…)

The Area-51 m15x is a high-end laptop that packs a lot of punch, but in a form-factor that many would deem too bulky: 1.3 x 14.55 x 10.73” and 7 lbs. For that price, you will get the highest performing components and small details like an illuminated keyboard that is amazingly absent from high-end Vaio laptops! Below is the ($2999) high-end configuration that I would go for. what about you? (Read the full post about ‘Alienware Area-51 m15x Available’…)

This isn’t spectacular news unless you’re the Silver Surfer or the silver-haired fox our intern was chatting up last week, but the LG Prada phone is coming in silver all across Europe some time later this year. So if colour was the reason why you’ve been holding out on getting one of these fashion phones, well, there ya go. Posted Jan 14th 2008 11:05AM by Darren MurphFiled under: Desktops, Laptops Just as Microsoft did last month with Vista SP1 release candidate, the latest build (dubbed SP1 RC Refresh) has been loosed from its privately held shackles and is now available for the public to descend upon. According to ZDNet, Redmond decided to make this iteration publicly available “in the interest of gaining additional tester feedback.” Of note, you will likely be forced to install “two or three updates” before SP1 RC Refresh can be installed, but we know you’re quite unconcerned with all the fine print. Honestly, I’m not too big on laptop stands—I don’t use an external keyboard—but if I did, I’d totally go the cheapskate route and hack together my own from scraps of junk metal and plastic dolls. Err, a sleek paper towel holder from Ikea. It matches the MacBook Pro’s aesthetics for way less than the $40 Elevator the Lifehacker geeks dig, though I think some of Dell’s XPS notebooks are also a good fit. Where do you stand on notebook stands, btw? (Read the full post about ‘Ikea Paper Towel Holder Laptop Stand for MacBook Pros, Other Classy Notebooks [DIY]’…)
