I need an Operation Pen, Stat!

I need an Operation Pen, Stat!

My pens are stolen from me on a daily basis. Most of my pens are a bright your work sucks red, which I lavishly slather all over my students’ nice neat handwriting. I need pens that are more easily identifiable as mine; these are certainly those. I tend to agree with Nerd Approved’s Jeff Chenkus that the Etch a Sketch fails to impress. Operation, however, is and always has been a different story. This thing is so incredibly, unbelievably awesome that I do not know how I have survived a full twenty-nine years on terra firma without one. Joel Geddis, apparently one of the first wave of Zune guinea pigs, says he was using his new device in November 2006 when it went berserk:I received an electric shock through the earbuds of my Microsoft Zune. Garmin to offer a mobile phone

Garmin is not just for GPS anymore–the company announced it is entering the mobile phone market. Their first mobile phone will be called nüvifone. Garmin, taking advantage of its association with GPS devices, said the new phone will help people “connect, communicate, and navigate their life.”

The mobile phone is a touch screen phone, which includes 3.5G technology. The phone includes an Internet browser and, naturally, navigation and will have three primary buttons, including “Call,” “Search,” and “View Map.” Once docked into a vehicle mount, the mobile phone turns on the GPS, brings up the navigation menu, and hands-free calling is enabled.

Jet engine powered by hydrogen

Jet engine powered by hydrogen
Pollution represents a perennial problem that can not be solved except by means of the collaboration of all the world’s nations. During some last decades a great attention was paid to the air pollution and Green House effect. Many people and scientists are unison in opinions that the airline industry is one of the major pollutants at all. So in order to decrease its impact on the environment some drastic measures like using other types of planes should be taken. According to the recent news a new reaction engine was invented whose designers intend to solve given problem at least partially. This engine is a hydrogen-powered A2 aircraft concept that would be capable of hitting Mach-5 - five times the speed of sound (3400 mph), making it somewhat the spiritual successor of the Concorde. SP8PRT lets you print what you see

SP8PRT lets you print what you see

I’ll admit that the idea of a digital picture frame is growing on me. I have far more pictures on my computer than I’d ever dream of actually printing out, so it might be cool to show them off. I would likely go for one that’s simple and basic, as it’s really just a picture frame, what else would you want it to do? Apparently there are a lot of people looking at digital frames wishing they could just instantly print off a picture. This is evident by Smartparts’ latest frame. The SP8PRT appears to be just your average digital picture frame, I’d guess that the screen is around 7 or 8 inches. What makes this particular device stand out is not what you see, but what’s hidden behind the picture. (Read the full post about ‘SP8PRT lets you print what you see’…)
